Big 03:47
BIG His voice is like the growl of the oceans. His fist is like the hammer of the waves. His reach is like the sweep of the horizon. Oh God—our God—is BIG! He welded every joist of the planet. He planted trees like carpet on the earth. He chiseled out the mountains, hills and valleys. Oh God—our God—is BIG! And there’s no point in trying To squeeze him in your brain. He’s big—bigger than you think he is! Strong—more than you imagine. He’s wise—and his ways are not our ways! Our God is good, for sure. But don’t forget he’s really, really, really, really, really, really BIG! His grace is like the sky in Montana. His wrath is like Death Valley in July. His love is like the view from Mount McKinley. He’s not just big—He’s BIG! There’s still no point in trying To squeeze him in your brain. He’s big—bigger than you think he is! Strong—Superman’s a weakling. He’s wise—and his ways are not our ways! Our God is good, for sure. But don’t forget he’s really, really, really, really, really, really BIG! He’s bigger than the world. Bigger than the universe. Bigger than that thing you’re stressed about. He’s big—bigger than you think he is! Strong—Hercules is woosie. He’s wise—and his ways are not our ways. Our God is good for sure, But don’t forget he’s really, really, really, really, really really big. He’s big—bigger than you think he is! Strong—He don’t need no spinach! He’s wise—and his ways are not our ways. Our God is good for sure, But don’t forget he’s really, really, really, really, really really big. (C) 2014 by Mike Mennard, Family Fridge Music.

Whoah! 02:46
WHOAH! The God of the universe calls me friend. What more do I need to know? The God of the universe loves me, wants me, That makes me wanna say whoah! Yeah! Rockin’ Awesome! And Whoah! But if that doesn’t make me say whoah! If that doesn’t give me a thrill. If that doesn’t make me want to clap my hands, Nothing else in heaven will—No! Nothing else in heaven will. The God of the universe knows my heart— What more is left to conclude? He’s gotta a plan for my hope and future. That makes me wanna say, “DUDE!” Yeah! Rockin’ Awesome! And “DUDE!” But if that doesn’t make me say DUDE! If that doesn’t give me a thrill. If that doesn’t make me want to clap my hands, Nothing else in heaven will—No! Nothing else in heaven will. But if that doesn’t make me say whoah! If that doesn’t give me a thrill. If that doesn’t make me want to clap my hands, Nothing else in heaven will—No! Nothing else in heaven will. FOREVER FAITHFUL VERSE ONE: Make my life a life forever faithful, Though the lions stalk me. Make my heart a heart forever faithful, Though my failures mock me. Faithful in whatever I do. Faithful in what you call me to. CHORUS: Forever faithful when in the spotlight. Forever faithful when it’s just me. And when it’s easier not to bother, That’s when I would be Forever faithful. VERSE TWO: Make my life a life forever faithful, with a passion contagious. Just like yours a life forever faithful, with compassion courageous. Faithful in whatever I do. Faithful in what you call me to. Repeat CHORUS: BRIDGE: Faithful when they’re looking. Faithful when they’re not. Faithful when it costs all I’ve got. Repeat CHORUS: (C) 2014 by Mike Mennard, Family Fridge Music.

GOD'S GOTTA PLAN God’s gotta plan, and we are a part of it. God’s gotta plan that frees us. Amazing grace is there at the heart of it, God’s gotta plan, A remarkable plan, a bigger-than-the-universe plan. called Jesus. We need a hero. We need a captain. We need the God who became a man. We need a savior. And now we have one. Cause our God’s gotta plan, a bigger-than-the-universe plan. God’s gotta plan, and we are a part of it. God’s gotta plan that frees us. Amazing grace is there at the heart of it, God’s gotta plan, A remarkable plan, a bigger-that-the-galaxy plan called Jesus. We know a hero. We know a savior. We know a God who became a man. We know a champion. and he’s on our side. ’cause our God’s gotta plan. God’s gotta plan, and we are a part of it. God’s gotta plan that frees us. Amazing grace is there at the heart of it, God’s gotta plan, A remarkable plan, a bigger-than-the-universe plan called Jesus. (C) 2014 by Mike Mennard, Family Fridge Music.

OUR GOD THINKS IN MATH There are more stars Out in outer space Than the earth has grains of sand. wow Even light years Can’t quite measure it, Yet it all fits in his hand. While a hundred billion galaxies are like tiny little pebbles in his path, our God can count each particle, cuz our God thinks in math. Math? But God loves poetry, Right, and that’s why he made flowers. And God loves comedy, Right, and that’s why he made you. He clearly loves to paint, Loves to sculpt, loves to design. But when he dreamed the universe, He had math in mind. Cuz our God thinks in math. Mike: So if we measure universe with light years, how big is a light year? Tori: The distance light travels in a year. Mike: Okay, how far is that? Tori: Let’s figure it out. Light travels 186, 287.5 miles— Mike: An hour? Tori: A second. And let’s see, if there are 60 seconds in a minute, then there are 3600 seconds an hour. So do some quick math-- that means there clearly 31,557,600 seconds a year. Mike: Clearly. Tori: So times that by 186,287.5 miles and you get what we mathematicians call—a lot. Mike: Okay, so how many light years across is our universe. Tori: Oh, at least 46 billion. Quantum physists try to measure it but at best they only guess. Yet our maker, who’s even bigger is in love with each of us. While a hundred billion galaxies are tiny little pebbles in his path, our God can count each particle, cuz our God thinks in math. God loves geography. That’s we have Australia. God loves biology. How to explain the heart. God loves geology And thus the grand canyon and what about theology and just how little we all know. He clearly loves to dance, loves weird bugs of every kind. But when he dreamed the universe, He had math in mind. Cuz our God thinks in math.

BEFORE I HAD A NAME Before I had a name you knew my name. Before I dreamed a dream you knew my dreams Before I came to be, you had plans to prosper me. Plans for hope and a future all because You were God of who I am before I was You were God of who I am before I was It’s not just what you know that amazes. It’s not just how your ways rise above me. It’s not just that you see what no one else can see, but more you know me and see me, yet somehow love me. Before I had a name you knew my name. Before I dreamed a dream you knew my dreams Before I came to be, you had plans to prosper me. Plans for hope and a future all because You were God of who I am before I was. You were God of who I am before I was. (C) 2014 by Tori Hudgins and Mike Mennard, Family Fridge Music.

LIKE THE ANGELS SING Sing me to sleep when the long day’s gone. Sing to me sweetly like the angels sing. Sing me a dream I can sail upon. Sing to me sweetly like the angels sing. Sing to me sweetly like the angels sing. Sing me a silvery boat inside me, Bursting with beautiful things. Sing me a breeze and a star to guide me, Sing to me sweetly like the angels sing. Sing about how you will always love me, No matter what morning may bring. Sing me the gleam of the moon above me. Sing to me sweetly like the angels sing. All night, all day. Angels watching over me my Lord. All night, all day. Angels watching over me. Sing to me sweetly like the angels sing. One day when I am a grown-up, maybe My kids will ask me to sing. And I’ll have a heart full of songs you gave me. Listen, oh listen to the angels sing. (C) 2014 by Mike Mennard, Family Fridge Music.

about

This album is unique from other Mighty Magic Pants projects. The Pants still maintain their zany, often outrageous humor for families; however, this time they venture into the universe of God's love and imagination.

about

Mighty Magic Pants Lincoln, Nebraska

What he got was a marvelous comic pop-rock vocal band the brought together music, poetry, humor, and optimism. The group released three albums—Gotta Be the Pants (2012), Far Out (2014), and It Must Be Christmas (2014). ... more
